Isabella turns 1

Janice's daughter, Isabella had her 1st birthday party on Saturday and we had a blast! Nowadays, all the parties focus on the kids, it is no longer all about the adults!! Ha ha!

4 familes (Uncles William, Gerald, Hunn Wurn, Eugene and Aunties Andrea, Vivian, Sandra and me, plus the kids) got Isabella a PINK COUPE, which Uncle Eugene and Uncle Kaising took almost 3 hours to assemble! Too many coffee breaks and political discussion guys!

For the entire time, Russell just got into the shell of the car and did his F1 imitation. Never mind that it was pink and meant for the birthday girl!

Auntie Janice's house has tons of toys, including a mechanical horse, which Russell kept climbing up and down at least 50 times! sheesh!

He's such a boy! So different from Renee man.....

Fun at the Botanic Gardens

Dunno why, we like going to the Botanic Gardens nowadays. Must be the open spaces and the fresh air. The grass is good in case the kids fall, no need to worry about being all bloody and in pain....

Had a great time on Sunday with my girlfriends and their kids. But first, we had prata at the foodcourt! Yum Yum! Think the makan was the highlight for us adults!! hahaha

It was really hot out and after walking up a slope, we decided to just hang out under a gazebo (not bad lah, the last time we only made it to the lake). We let the kids run on the grass for a bit and then headed back to our cars. Pathetic I know!!! We're SO old man!
