Eugene and I had a booth at a flea market over the weekend. Selling my company's old BBQ pits, Bar Top counter and some small items here and there. I also brought my old (or rather new or used only once) clothes and put them up for sale at $5. Yup, people thought I was crazy! But even at $5, there were only 2 takers. I also brought along my stuff for sale on my blog. Had a few purchases but most of them were by friends. Hmm....doesn't quite work that way ah?
We were away from the kids those two hot (Saturday) and rainy (Sunday) days so Mummy and Papa took Monday off to spend it with them.
Can be quite fun lah, may consider it for September. But maybe try to get two booths......cos everything squashed into one booth not quite impressive.....
We bought a new camera last week, still trying to figure out the functions......will load some new pictures soon!
Good weekend to you!

Claims
Mummies out there, do you take note of all the stuff your kids damage? I am starting my list and when the kids start working, I'll start claiming from them. Renee just killed my camera. It's dead as a dead duck, or rather, it tries to start up but all kinds of error messages keep coming up.
When that happened, my mind had a flashback trying to put a figure on all the stuff she has killed. Our old Sony DVD player's also dead. And when I found out how much a new camera cost, I put the value of the camera and DVD player on a piece of paper and in 14 years, I will show her the long list. And claim it all back from her!!!
So, till we get a new and inexpensive camera, sorry folks, no pictures.
The other day, my inlaws picked a new pair of sneakers for her while she was at school. It was on offer - 50% discount. When she saw it, she hated it! Excuse me! You're 3 years old, you wear what we buy you! Well.....of course grandpa and grandma had to bring her back to the shop to exchange the pair for something else that she liked. Apparently, when she stepped into the shop, she went straight for a pair of pink sneakers. And of course like her Mummy, she picked something that was NOT ON SALE. WHY WHY WHY?? Runs in the family lah! So they ended up buying the $40 sneakers for her! OMG! I can't believe it cost $40!!
When I saw for myself the pair of sneakers, I felt so proud of her! It's something soooo cute and something I would pick for her. Unfortunately, you won't get to see it, cos our camera's dead.
